Of course I attach a special importance to tins which have been produced in my country, even more remembering that Switzerland has a long tradition in music reproduction : mechanical music, particulary in L'Auberson and Sainte-Croix, gramophones and turntables still in Sainte-Croix and in Yverdon, important labels like Paillard or Thorens, not forgetting Laubscher in German speaking part, marked the industrial story of Switzerland.
Swiss tins subject sometimes leads to friendly teasing among collectors : people often find them too serious, at the best, or simply ugly. Nevermind, personally I simply love them.
